Join our team as a School Officer- Assisting Student Learning (First Nations Education) at Southern Cross Catholic College , Annandale. We’re looking for passionate and dedicated School Officers- Assisting Student Learning to work in a Fixed Term , Term Time capacity of 25 hours per week Monday to Friday. The position commences as soon as practiacable and will conclude on 4 December 2026. In this role, you’ll nurture curiosity and a love of learning by providing hands-on support in the classroom, assisting students with their individual learning goals, and helping to create an inclusive and culturally responsive learning environment that values and respects First Nations histories, cultures, and perspectives. With patience, empathy, and understanding, you’ll build strong and trusting relationships with students—supporting their confidence, wellbeing, and sense of belonging as they learn and grow. You’ll work closely with teachers to monitor progress, celebrate achievements, and provide meaningful feedback that encourages every learner to thrive.
