Ampersand Therapy is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) for in-person roles during the 2025–2026 school year . Position Details Start Date: January 5, 2026 through March 27, 2026 Schedule: Full-Time Location: In-person Service Area: School-based support including evaluations, treatments, and team collaboration Caseload: Assigned based on district need-Elementary focused
Requirements
- Valid Illinois State Occupational Therapy License
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Committed to student-centered, inclusive care
Nice To Haves
- Prior school-based experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide evaluations and direct OT services in school settings
- Participate in IEP development and implementation
- Collaborate with special education teams and classroom staff
- Complete timely documentation and progress monitoring
- Attend team meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary planning
