Hello OTs! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Salem, OR area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Oregon OT License
Nice To Haves
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in the school setting
- Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
