About The Position
Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a School Nurse position for the 2025–2026 school year . This is an in-person role starting as soon as possible. This position is full time . Make a difference in a student’s life while working with a supportive, values-driven team that’s committed to elevating the school-based experience for both students and providers. Requirements
- Must have a valid nursing License - RN
Responsibilities
- Nurse needs to support students with life-threatening health conditions
- Create and follow Individual Health Plans
- Complete immunization tracking and monitoring for yearly report
- Conduct vision/hearing screenings
- Support the health room as needed
