LEOMINSTER PUBLIC SCHOOLS LEOMINSTER HIGH SCHOOL SCHOOL NURSE - INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY MARCH 4, 2026 Description: Chorus Field trip to UMass Lowell Choral Invitational Meet at LHS, bus leaves at 2:30 pm and returns to LHS at 9:15 pm

Responsibilities

• Preparation prior to the field trip, obtaining medications including medication orders
• Providing and documenting medications and treatments given
• Assessing students, and providing first aid.
• First Aid Bag and student information will be provided by LHS Health services.
