About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a full-time, in-person Registered Nurse (RN) for a School Nurse position for the 2025–2026 school year, Extended School Year, and the 2026-2027 school year, with an immediate start. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference in students' lives within a supportive, values-driven team dedicated to enhancing the school-based experience for both students and providers. Ampersand Therapy is a small, women, minority, and therapist-owned and operated company based in Northern Colorado and Western WA. Requirements

• Must have a valid nursing License - RN

Responsibilities

• Support students with life-threatening health conditions
• Create and follow Individual Health Plans
• Complete immunization tracking and monitoring for yearly report
• Conduct vision/hearing screenings
• Support the health room as needed
