About The Position

We are currently hiring LPNs to provide 1:1 care for students in school settings. This role includes monitoring health conditions, administering medications, and ensuring each student’s safety throughout the school day. Nurses may also assist with G-tube or feeding tube care, diabetes management, and other specialized medical needs. You will work closely with school staff, families, and our clinical team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care and support each student’s health and well-being.

Requirements

LPN License issued by NYS
Current CPR/BLS Certification
Pediatric or School Nursing experience Required
Ability to work independently in a school setting
Communicate with families , school staff , and healthcare providers

Responsibilities

Perform patient care duties and treatments as per care plan.
Provide health promotion, counseling, and education.
Administer medications and other personalized interventions.
Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.
Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
Additional responsibilities as required.
