1:1 School Nurse - RN
About The Position
BAYADA is recruiting for a compassionate Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one private duty in-home nursing care to school-aged pediatric clients (3 years old+) for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year throughout Erie County. This role offers the opportunity for full-time or part-time availability. As a BAYADA Pediatrics Nurse, you will work closely with children in the comfort of their own homes, utilizing your clinical expertise and critical thinking skills while being supported by a dedicated team. The position involves delivering high-quality care to pediatric clients with various diagnoses, with the option to provide complex care including trach & vent management, family education, clinical assessments, nursing care according to a care plan, and administering medication, treatment, and therapy. Requirements
- Active and current license to practice as a professional nurse (RN)
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
- A calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, excellent assessment skills and strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest-quality care to pediatric clients (from birth through 18) with a variety of diagnoses
- Work at the top of your scope if you choose, with the opportunity to provide complex care including trach & vent management
