About The Position

As a School Experience Coordinator, you will:
Deliver an exceptional experience for prospective families through tours, communication, and program knowledge
Manage the enrollment process from inquiry through first day, including family onboarding and records management
Support school operations, including health and safety procedures and licensing compliance practices
Create a warm, welcoming, and organized front-of-house experience for families and staff
Identify opportunities to enhance the family experience through thoughtful touches and engagement
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation aligns with state licensing requirements
Partner with school leadership to continuously improve systems and processes
Serve as a positive, professional presence and culture carrier within the school

Requirements

• Enjoy working with children and families in a fast-paced environment
• Have 3–5+ years of experience in education, administration, or customer-facing roles
• Must meet all background check and eligibility requirements for child care staff in accordance with Alabama DHR regulations.
• Build strong relationships and communicate effectively
• Are highly organized and detail-oriented
• Are comfortable using technology for communication and operations
• To be considered, applicants must be based in or willing to relocate to Huntsville, Alabama.
• Candidates must also possess independent US work authorization.

• Have coursework or experience in early childhood education (preferred but flexible based on state requirements)
