As a School Experience Coordinator, you will: Deliver an exceptional experience for prospective families through tours, communication, and program knowledge Manage the enrollment process from inquiry through first day, including family onboarding and records management Support school operations, including health and safety procedures and licensing compliance practices Create a warm, welcoming, and organized front-of-house experience for families and staff Identify opportunities to enhance the family experience through thoughtful touches and engagement Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation aligns with state licensing requirements Partner with school leadership to continuously improve systems and processes Serve as a positive, professional presence and culture carrier within the school
