About The Position

The School Culture Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting our school culture development. This position will report to the Principal.

• Independent worker
• Good computer skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first responder to all student removals from class
• Log incidents regarding student behaviors: Classroom removals Out of School Suspensions Uniform infractions Lunch detentions served
• Format, formulate, and create templates, spreadsheets and documents
• Data entry and analysis
• Gather and assist in tracking all student behavior and attendance trends
• Manage lunch detention policies, procedures, and protocols
• Cross reference student classroom removals with teacher call logs
• Monitor students who need a break or time away from the classroom
• Teach a student elective
• Assist with non-instructional supervision of student’s as needed, such as arrival/dismissal, monitoring hallway transitions, lunch duty, fire drills etc.
• Substitute teaching as required
• Any other duties as assigned by the Principal.
