About The Position
Help keep our community’s children safe on their way to and from school. We’re looking for responsible, safety-minded individuals to serve as School Crossing Guards.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must pass required background clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal History, FBI)
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe crossing of school children at designated locations.
- Promote traffic safety and maintain visibility during assigned shifts.
- Follow all safety protocols and communicate courteously with children, parents, and motorists.
