This role involves establishing and evaluating the counseling program, providing individual and group counseling services, consulting with students, parents, teachers, and community personnel, and coordinating all counseling services. The counselor also interprets test results for student appraisal, assists with educational placement, and adheres to professional ethical standards, laws, policies, and procedures governing the schools, while also participating in professional development.
