• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in fleet maintenance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a fleet of school buses.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize fleet performance.
• Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
• Keep the workshop organized and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in fleet maintenance.
