About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team in San Antonio, TX. Requirements

  • Must have masters degree in Applied BehaviorAnalysis, Psychology, Special Education or a related field
  • Valid BCBA certification or meets criteria for certification within the first 6 months with the school

Responsibilities

  • Run and oversee behavioral + functional assessments (FBA)
  • Consult and collaborate with School staff and families in regards to students’ behavior plans
  • Create individualized, evidence-based ABA goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life—home, community, and school.
  • Participate in the IEP process in developing present levels of performance, goals and objectives, and treatment recommendations for students
  • Provide sessions through the use of current best practices based on prescribed services in the IEP
  • Maintain all documentation required by the district including, but not limited to, notes, monthly summaries, and annual IEP’s
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to give kids the best care possible.
