Responsibilities

Provide on-site intervention in area schools for clients enrolled in the program, collaborating closely with school staff to ensure appropriate client care and support.
Participate in the process of monitoring client progress in treatment programs, tracking successes and challenges to inform future treatment plans and strategies.
Develop tailored treatment plans for each client, taking into account unique needs, goals, and circumstances to promote optimal recovery and well-being.
Serve as a trusted resource for clients, providing individualized assistance in accessing necessary mental health services and completing daily living tasks, while advocating for their best interests.
Connect clients with various community agencies and resources, offering ongoing social, vocational, educational, and recreational support and activities to foster personal growth and independence.
