About The Position

As a School-Based Therapist, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the mental health and well-being of students by delivering therapeutic services directly within the school setting. You'll develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions to help children and adolescents navigate emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. We’re seeking compassionate, committed clinicians who are passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of youth and families right where they learn and grow.

Requirements

Current or nearing Virginia Licensure as an LMFT, LCSW or LPC
Minimum one (1) year of verified direct work/internship experience with children/adolescents and families in a therapeutic treatment environment

Responsibilities

Provide individual and/or group therapy to students referred for mental health support
Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with school staff, families, and community providers to support student success
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational and licensing requirements
Use evidence-based practices and culturally responsive interventions to meet the diverse needs of students
