School-based Outpatient Therapist

About your role: As a School-Based Therapist, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the mental health and well-being of students by delivering therapeutic services directly within the school setting. You'll develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions to help children and adolescents navigate emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. We’re seeking compassionate, committed clinicians who are passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of youth and families right where they learn and grow.
Requirements
- Current or nearing Virginia Licensure as an LMFT, LCSW or LPC
- Minimum one (1) year of verified direct work/internship experience with children/adolescents and families in a therapeutic treatment environment
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or group therapy to students referred for mental health support
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and community providers to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational and licensing requirements
- Use evidence-based practices and culturally responsive interventions to meet the diverse needs of students
