Pathway Caring for Children is seeking a School-Based Licensed Therapist to support students in Fairless Local Schools , a team-oriented district where collaboration and student-focused values guide the work. Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field
• Active Ohio license: LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with youth (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to students
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans
• Offer supportive crisis intervention when needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Document services in the EHR
