About The Position

School Age & Summer Programs Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising programming for school-age children during out-of-school times, including summer and school breaks.

Requirements

• Experience planning or managing school-age or summer camp programs
• Technologically savvy and quick to learn new systems
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Flexible availability Monday - Friday

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Recreation, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate programming for school-age children
• Manage enrollment and maintain all documentation for the school-age program
• Coordinate staff schedules and training for the camp and afterschool program
• Communicate regularly with families about schedules, activities, and expectations
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for all participants
• Collaborate with other staff and departments to align programming with center goals
