A PDF is required. Possible Tasks within this RoleThe Product Management Scholar will support the NAR-Gx team, gaining exposure to all aspects of a vehicle project throughout its lifecycle—from concept and planning to implementation and market launch. This position provides hands-on experience with the concept-to-dealer process and collaboration across key business functions such as Finance, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Engineering. The Scholar will assist in daily project and lifecycle management activities to ensure all deliverables and milestones are met.

Requirements

  • Rising junior, senior or recent graduate
  • Strong GPA
  • Strong preference for Business or related degree
  • Interest in product or project management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Strong communication skills and cultural awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support project work for vehicle lines, contributing to the launch of new features and next-generation vehicles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete tasks aligned with project milestones and timelines.
  • Participate in relevant committee meetings to maintain alignment with project targets and decisions.
  • Lead occasional special projects that drive change and resolve issues related to specific components and vehicle features.
  • Prepare decision papers and management presentations, ensuring stakeholder feedback is consolidated and aligned.
  • Assist with preparation, follow-up, and coordination for weekly product and lifecycle team meetings.
