Requirements
- Bilingual - Spanish/English
- Excellent Communication skills - Clear and concise communication with patients and team members
- Precise Attention to Detail - Ensure accuracy in scheduling information and data entry
- Problem-solving Abilities - Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues proactively
- Adaptability - Flexibility to adjust schedules based on changing circumstances or priorities
- Strong Organizational Skills - Ability to manage multiple offices' schedule protocols effectively
- Passion for Teamwork - Positivity, respect, accountability, reliability, time management, interpersonal skills
- Technical Proficiency - Ability to learn and utilize scheduling software and tools efficiently
Responsibilities
- Patient appointment scheduling within our dental practices, including
- Answering phone calls, voicemails and emails
- Accurately collecting patients' information
- Booking new and existing patient appointments
- Confirming appointments
- Handling cancellations, and ensuring smooth
- Patient flow by coordinating with the dental team to optimize the schedule
