What Is This Job All About? You will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments. General clerical duties such as answering multi-line phone system, managing waitlist, and sending notification letters. Greeting patients and entering appointments into the EMR system. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years' experience in a healthcare business office.
• Demonstrated ability to use MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication both on the phone and in person.
• Provide outstanding customer service to meet the needs of patients.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and shorthand.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish-speaking highly preferred.
• Experience with EMR operating system such as eCW highly preferred.
