About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, fast-thinking Scheduling & Operations Coordination Specialist to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating people and information, and excels at solving problems on the spot. You will play a key role in ensuring our field teams are properly scheduled, supported, and monitored throughout their shifts. If you have experience in operations support, shift coordination, emergency call handling, or real-time workforce monitoring, this role is an excellent fit.

Requirements

  • Experience in scheduling, operations support, workforce management, coordination, or similar fast-paced roles.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Ability to remain calm and think clearly during urgent or time-sensitive situations.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before issues arise.

Responsibilities

  • Assign daily and weekly shifts based on employee availability, skill sets, and operational needs.
  • Maintain optimal staffing levels while minimizing overtime.
  • Communicate schedule updates clearly and promptly to employees and clients.
  • Adjust schedules quickly in response to changing priorities.
  • Track attendance, punctuality, and shift check-ins.
  • Respond to callouts, no-shows, and last-minute staffing needs by arranging immediate coverage.
  • Monitor local and global news to identify potential risks impacting operations.
  • Support our Security Operations Center by assisting employees and clients with real-time updates or escalations.
  • Confirm that scheduled shifts are completed as planned.
  • Perform after-shift verification to ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Update internal systems for shift changes, attendance, and coverage.
  • Prepare reports to support operational planning.
