About The Position

We are seeking a Scheduling Operations Analyst to: • Design and modify scheduling protocols entered and create scheduling solutions for the department. • Build and monitor provider schedules to ensure the organization maximizes template efficiency, productivity, access opportunities and meets operational needs. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1 year of experience in ambulatory clinic operations

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of experience with Epic Cadence build or template build/maintenance
  • 2 years or more of experience in ambulatory clinic operations
  • Epic Cadence Certification.
