About The Position

Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! We are seeking a Scheduling Operations Analyst to: Design and modify scheduling protocols entered and create scheduling solutions for the department. Build and monitor provider schedules to ensure the organization maximizes template efficiency, productivity, access opportunities and meets operational needs.

Requirements

• Minimum - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of experience in ambulatory clinic operations

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience with Epic Cadence build or template build/maintenance
• 2 years or more of experience in ambulatory clinic operations
• Epic Cadence Certification
