About The Position

Join our team in Maplewood as a full-time Scheduling Manager! This position is integral in providing an exceptional patient experience and assisting with the successful running of day-to-day operations in the clinic. Requirements

• Minimum two+ years’ experience in a supervisory/managerial role
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably within an office setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and skilled at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced within MS Office or other computer software

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of Scheduling Coordinators and their duties
• In charge of training of new Scheduling Coordinators
• Address patient concerns if a challenging situation arises
• Address provider’s schedule changes to support their schedule workflow
• Back-up for Treatment Coordinator as needed
• Inform patients of clinic protocols and procedures
• Perform all Scheduling Coordinator duties
• Coach and mentor Scheduling Coordinators/Treatment Coordinators
