About The Position

We are seeking a professional and reliable Security Scheduling Manager to support staffing operations for our residential security and concierge sites. This position is responsible for coordinating schedules across multiple residential properties, responding to call-offs at all hours, and ensuring proper staffing coverage in collaboration with Operations Managers and HR Team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in scheduling security or hospitality staff in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must have a valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum 2 years of scheduling experience in security, residential concierge, healthcare, or similar industry preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during urgent staffing situations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and scheduling systems
  • Familiarity with residential high-rise operations preferred
  • Must be available to respond to staffing call-offs and urgent scheduling needs outside normal business hours when required.
  • Must be reliable and able to work from the MFort office when scheduled
  • Must pass a drug screening and background check

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 2 years of scheduling experience in security, residential concierge, healthcare, or similar industry preferred
  • Familiarity with residential high-rise operations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain daily and weekly staffing schedules for multiple residential security and concierge sites
  • Respond to officer call-offs at all times of the day, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Coordinate shift coverage using flex officers and available personnel
  • Communicate schedule changes clearly and promptly to officers, Clients and Operations Managers
  • Track attendance, tardies, and staffing gaps using scheduling systems
  • Maintain accurate staffing records and assist with onboarding scheduling and site transitions
  • Report staffing issues, trends, and coverage needs directly to Operations Managers
  • Ensure all scheduling follows company policies, post orders, and client requirements
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by MFort leaderships
