Join our team as our new Scheduling Coordinator today! A few details about the role: Maintain and provide team member schedule and assignments. Update and adjust schedule based upon fluctuating census, regulatory requirements, planned and unplanned team member absences. Fill shift vacancies with overtime awareness. Update schedule databases. Track and inform assigned lead of tardiness, unplanned absences, requests for planned time off and requests for change in scheduled hours. Enter approved time off into scheduling database and timekeeping system. Ensure scheduled, total and overtime FTEs are within budget. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two to three years applicable experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree preferred.
  • CPR certification preferred.
