About The Position

KRE Security, LLC is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to work on-site at our Hamburg, PA office. This role supports daily workforce operations across multiple client locations and is ideal for someone who is confident, organized, and comfortable making real-time decisions. You will manage schedules, respond to call-offs, and help ensure consistent staffing coverage. This position offers visibility, responsibility, and opportunities to grow within an operations-focused organization.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, or workforce coordination
  • Strong skills with Microsoft 365, Google applications, and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions under pressure
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable work style
  • Comfortable working fully in-office in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily and weekly schedules for multiple client sites
  • Ensure consistent coverage and address staffing gaps proactively
  • Respond to call-offs and last-minute schedule changes
  • Communicate clearly with field staff and internal leadership
  • Track attendance, availability, and scheduling trends
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records in company systems
  • Use Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Outlook to manage workflow
  • Partner with management and Hiring/Recruitment on staffing needs
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and service standards
