Staff Scheduler Four Seasons Westland Are you an CNA looking for the next step in your career? Come be part of some exciting changes! Optalis Health & rehabilitation is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to coordinate the scheduling of our Nurses and CNA's. As Staffing Coordinator you will plan, develop, and monitor daily clinical schedules to assure proper level of coverage for our resident's needs.

Requirements

• Current CNA Certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be detail-oriented
• Comfortable using scheduling software packages

Nice To Haves

• Previous staff scheduling or supply management experience preferred
