About The Position

We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our Service & Customer Support team. This is an office-based position.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (English required, Spanish is a plus)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working with schedules, calendars, and internal systems
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask
  • Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, or customer service preferred

Responsibilities

  • Schedule service appointments with customers and technicians
  • Coordinate routes and availability
  • Follow up on open service cases
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointments and expectations
  • Update internal systems with accurate service information
  • Work closely with Customer Service, Technicians, and Management
