About The Position

Brooke Knoll Village is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to- Prepare and maintain schedules and records for nursing department staff Must be knowledgeable of staffing patterns and ensure staffing coverage is maintained Replace staff call-ins and call-offs Schedule requested days off, vacations, sick time, etc., under the direction and approval of Director of Nursing Coordinate records of absenteeism, requests, schedules, etc. with DON and Payroll depart. Maintain communication with DON at all times about all areas Nursing floor duties as allowed

Requirements

  • Qualified Medical Aide in the state of Indiana.
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to relate effectively with residents, representatives, visitors, families, and employees.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with nursing employees.
  • Exhibit flexibility in availability on the basis of emergency/resident need.
