Scheduling Coordinator (Home Care) – Remote Immediate Hire | Full-Time Opportunity Flexible Schedule + 1 Weekend Day Required Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Earn $45,000.00 annually + Benefits Apply today—interviews are happening this week! Affirmed Home Care, a NYC based private pay concierge home care agency, is growing rapidly and looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to support our operations across NY, NJ, and CT. Ideal candidates will have experience in home care, healthcare staffing, or caregiver coordination and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in home care, healthcare staffing, or scheduling coordination, preferred
Hands-on experience scheduling caregivers (HHA, CNA, LPN, RN), preferred
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills with strong communication
Comfortable using scheduling systems (AlayaCare is a big plus!)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting
High School Diploma required
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including one weekend day (hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee scheduling for HHAs, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs in a fast-paced home care environment
Keep all cases fully staffed and running smoothly each day
Respond quickly to call-outs and last-minute staffing needs
Pair the right caregivers with the right clients
Stay in constant communication with caregivers, clients, and your team
Keep schedules accurate and up to date in scheduling systems
