About The Position

We’re looking for a reliable and organized Scheduling Coordinator to help support our customers and technicians by making sure appointments are scheduled quickly and correctly. In this role, you’ll be the person who connects customers with the right technician and helps keep our service process running smoothly.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with inbound calls.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle is a plus.
  • Experience in utilities such as HVAC, EMS (Ambulance, 9-11 Dispatchers, Police Dispatchers), dispatching.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn on the fly.
  • Organizational agility and the ability to manage processes efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Call customers to set up service appointments after a claim is created.
  • Schedule appointments in our system (Oracle) and assign them to the right technician based on location, skills, and availability.
  • Confirm important details like the customer’s address, phone number, and any information the technician needs before arriving.
  • Reach out to customers within one hour of their claim being created to get their appointment scheduled.
  • If our in‑house team can’t meet the timeline, you’ll assign the job to one of our trusted third‑party contractors so the customer still gets fast service.
