About The Position

We’re expanding! Join our team in St. Paul as a full-time Scheduling Coordinator for the Call Center. This position serves a critical role in the clinic as it is the first point of contact with patients by answering phone calls and scheduling appointments. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably within an office setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

Bilingual proficiency in Karen preferred

Responsibilities

Receive calls from patients and assist them in scheduling appointments using our software.
Register new patients
Explain ER protocol/procedures to patients
Arrange for language interpreters as needed
Maximize time efficiency in scheduling by utilizing procedure codes for doctor time
Check account balances of patients coming in and prepare to discuss any monies due
Request chart/patient transfers
Record patient issues/phone conversations in communication log or chart
