The Encore Boston Harbor Coordinator – Scheduling- Housekeeping will be responsible for ongoing schedule coordination within the Housekeeping Department and ensuring staff levels are appropriately managed and the effective workforce management is in place. Maintains processes and procedures for staffing requirements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining processes, scheduling, and supporting department team members and maximizing opportunities for departmental success; maintaining all Encore Standards; and ensuring excellent guest and team member experience.
