Manages and oversees scheduling and timekeeping for designated departments across the organization for the Workforce Optimization Center. Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED required
  • At least 1 year of professional experience including data entry, multitasking, and problem solving.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
  • Scheduling and time keeping experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and timekeeping for designated departments across markets
  • Maintain position control, open shifts, LOAs, and vacant FTEs; assess scheduling impact
  • Create new-hire orientation schedules and reinforce staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping training
  • Review and process PTO requests; balance schedules to meet critical staffing needs
  • Coordinate incentive shifts, per diem, and supplemental staffing in partnership with unit leaders
  • Ensure accurate timecard management; track attendance and support corrective action documentation
  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping issues
