About The Position

The Scheduling Administrator will ensure all claimant consultations are scheduled accurately and within the specified timescales as set out by Target Performance Levels. This role is critical in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring claimants are treated with care and respect, and that any additional needs are accommodated.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of PIP assessment processes or similar scheduling environments.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering high-quality customer service and meeting performance targets.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work flexibly and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately schedule PIP assessments across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines and service levels.
  • Monitor scheduling queues and manage resources effectively to maintain performance targets.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records within scheduling systems and ensure data integrity at all times.
  • Undertake assurance and quality checks to ensure scheduling standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Back Office Operations team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant policies and processes, including Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Data Protection.
  • Provide administrative support to the Scheduling Team Manager and deputise when required.
