About The Position

Scheduler The Opportunity: As a scheduler, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced scheduler who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our customer's mission. You’ll work with key stakeholders to projects and schedules. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and regular interactions with SMEs, engineers, and project managers. The real impact of scheduling comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. Requirements

  • Experience creating, baselining, and updating Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and integrating workstream-level plans into a unified view
  • Experience with establishing relationships, constraints, and milestones to ensure realistic timelines
  • Experience partnering with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather updates and validate project progress
  • Experience performing critical path analysis (CPA) and schedule risk analysis (SRA) to identify, report, and mitigate potential delays
  • Experience generating status reports and maintaining compliance with standards
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in scheduling for complex engineering, manufacturing, or defense programs, or 12+ years of experience in scheduling for complex engineering, manufacturing, or defense programs in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with schedules pertaining to DoD acquisition, building construction, and technical projects, including fiber optics and IT installations
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
  • PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), AACE International Planning & Scheduling Professional, or Microsoft Project Certification
