About The Position

We are seeking a Scheduler to coordinate care between clients and caregivers for a trusted home care provider in Fort Worth, TX. This role is perfect for someone organized, proactive, and passionate about helping seniors. You’ll ensure schedules are filled, caregivers are supported, and clients receive consistent, high-quality care.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; 2+ years office experience, preferably in home care.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; scheduling or healthcare software helpful.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, flexible, and dependable with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to legally work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in small home care offices a plus (multi-role experience).

Responsibilities

  • Schedule caregivers for new and existing clients, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Manage day-to-day changes and communicate updates to clients and caregivers.
  • Track clock-ins/clock-outs for accurate payroll and billing.
  • Maintain client and caregiver records and generate staffing reports.
  • Support caregivers with policy guidance, performance evaluations, and encouragement.
  • Serve as backup for recruiting, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
