In this vital role, you will coordinate the scheduling of Home Health Aides (HHAs) to ensure seamless patient care. This is a fast-paced position for someone who balances meticulous organizational skills with a compassionate heart.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of scheduling experience in home care or a healthcare environment is a MUST
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for heavy phone and email coordination.
Experience with basic computer systems and scheduling software.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain daily caregiver schedules to ensure all shifts are filled.
Manage coverage for call-offs, absences, and new patient assignments from the office.
Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers regarding schedules, changes, and expectations.
Maintain accurate scheduling records and electronic documentation within our systems.
Work closely with the office staff to ensure operational efficiency.
Support compliance with company policies and state regulations through meticulous record-keeping.
