Key duties include pre-registration, insurance verification, and obtaining prior authorizations. The Scheduler also oversees surgical boarding processes to ensure all necessary documentation and clearances are completed before procedures. Specialized scheduling and administrative support for orthopedic services are provided, ensuring timely communication between patients, providers, and surgical teams. The position requires maintaining accurate records and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
