About The Position

About the Role Location: Saginaw, Michigan (Hybrid) Are you a strong communicator, comfortable over the phone and using email? Would you like to work a mid-shift? As a remote Scheduler at Morley, you'll work 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday-Friday from the comfort of your home. Use your customer care skills to handle inbound and outbound documentation and communications as part of our reacquired vehicle management (RVM) team. What You'll Do Understand project operations and workflow processes to effectively manage scheduling tasks Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone and email, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries on all cases needing to be scheduled Ensure accuracy and timeliness by communicating with relevant parties to complete scheduling tasks within specified timeframes Coordinate all aspects of scheduling between multiple parties, including dealerships, customers, attorneys and agents Document all interactions clearly within the RVM system to maintain accurate records Escalate cases requiring additional oversight or assistance to management Maintain regular and dependable attendance to support team success Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude Hybrid Schedule This is a hybrid role, where you will work partly from home and partly on site at our Saginaw, Michigan, campus. Requirements

  • Familiar with a variety of work processes / activities (e.g., through job-related training and extensive on-the-job experience)
  • Computer proficiency, including MS Office
  • A positive self-starter attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to meet deadlines with organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and honed attention to detail
  • Strong conversational (phone) and email communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of customer care experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
  • Able to work on site at our office in Saginaw, Michigan, as needed
  • Able to work the following hours: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday (no weekends!)
  • Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably
  • Secluded and distraction-free work environment
  • Required internet setup: High-speed internet delivered through a wired provider (cable or fiber) Computer must be physically connected to your modem / router using an Ethernet cable Wireless, 5G and satellite connections are not supported
