The Scheduler will serve as the primary point of contact for all patients, ensuring a consistently superior customer service experience in line with the Center's mission and vision. This role involves demonstrating excellent customer service techniques, greeting and checking in patients at the front desk, answering patient calls, identifying and clarifying patient needs, confirming patient identity and eligibility, obtaining necessary signatures, scheduling appointments, and addressing patient inquiries. The Scheduler also supports overall center operations.
