The Scheduler will serve as the primary point of contact for all patients, ensuring a consistently superior customer service experience aligned with the Center's mission and vision. This role involves demonstrating excellent customer service techniques, greeting and checking in patients, answering patient calls, identifying and clarifying patient needs and desires, confirming patient identity and eligibility, obtaining necessary signatures, scheduling appointments, and addressing patient questions. The Scheduler supports center operations by managing front desk functions and acts as a positive representative and advocate for patients within the Health Center and the continuum of care.
