About The Position

Right at Home, In Home care and Assistance - is a leading home care agency serving the Inland Empire for over 15 years. We provide the best quality care to our clients and their families. Our mission is to provide the quality of life for those we serve. We offer in -home care to seniors. The Scheduler works closely with clients and caregivers to build a relationship.

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • 1 - 3 years' experience
  • Prior scheduling experience
  • Computer skills - Wellsky Experience. Put at the top of the resume
  • MUST have caregiver experience
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to deal effectively with the demands of the position
  • Current TB
  • Valid Driver License
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Understands and adheres to established policies and procedures
  • Creates and maintain client caregiver's schedule
  • Ability to remain calm and perform in a fast - paced work environment
  • Ability to carry out directions, read and write
  • On Call during the week and on weekends
  • Maintain client and caregiver's files
  • Answer phone in a professional manner
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the office
  • Ability to fax, email, scan and text
  • Strong team player
  • Interviews
  • Cover a shift
  • Other, task as assigned
