About The Position

Saint Luke’s in Kansas City is seeking a Scheduler to join our team. You will have the opportunity to provide customer service to patients, families, physicians, physician offices, the community, and internal departments throughout SLHS for assigned location. Typing test is part of interview process. Shift Details : Monday- Friday Responsibilities : Scheduling tests, procedures, treatments and services with minimal support Determining financial accountability providing information and referrals proactively Problem solving concerns and issues Providing patient instructions and education regarding preparations for tests and procedure s We are looking for someone that is excited about working with people and has a positive attitude. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, willingness to work, is adaptable and eager to learn. This position will require you to work autonomously as well as with a team.
