The Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, updating and monitoring both individual and the integrated master schedule for the project initiatives on the WIFA Long Term Water Augmentation Fund Project. This role ensures that design, permitting, construction, environmental, and commissioning activities are properly sequenced, resourced, tracked, and reported across all project segments, including regular revisions and updates. The Scheduler plays a critical role in supporting the successful planning and execution of multiple water infrastructure feasibility initiatives. Working closely with the Project Director, Deputy Project Manager, Design Manager, Construction Managers, Technical Leads, and internal/external partners, this role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously optimizing integrated project schedules across the various workstreams. The Scheduler will ensure schedule integrity through disciplined controls, clear logic sequencing, and accurate progress tracking, while proactively identifying critical path impacts, constraints, and schedule-driven risks. This position also supports scenario analysis and mitigation planning to maintain alignment with client requirements, regulatory timelines, funding milestones, and overall program delivery objectives. Through consistent reporting and coordination, the Scheduler provides leadership with clear visibility into schedule performance and risk exposure, enabling informed decision-making throughout the feasibility and subsequent project phases as well as providing the necessary updates to ensure full compliance with the corresponding contact expectations on schedule deliverables.
