About The Position

Scheduler / Office Clerk - Loudoun County Fire Transdev in Leesburg, VA is hiring a Scheduler. The Scheduler performs all administrative functions for the location. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Office, data entry, or administrative experience a plus.
  • Experience with MS office products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
  • Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.

  • Office, data entry, or administrative experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform project clerical and administrative details according to contractual and legal mandates
  • Maintains contract files and records.
  • Prepares correspondence and manager reports.
  • Prepare contract correspondence, manager reports, and schedules.
  • Administer accounting data, payroll, personnel records.
  • Extracts data from fleet MIS system to provide data to management and the client.
  • Answer customer phone calls and creates schedule in the scheduling system.
  • Enter new customer information and changes into the system
  • Communicate late vehicle service and verify “No Shows” with customers.
  • Resolve service-related complaints
  • Other duties as required.
